British distribution: S. England (Somerset, (Ilottcester, Wilts, Sussex md London), Midlands, Wales, N. England and N Scotland.
Habitat: mainly northern moorlands (Emden. 1954). An alpine-boreal species (Herting, 1960).
Flight period: May and June (at least 50 records). |
